What makes the Rockford 027 Unique: Here's one we don't get to talk about often! The Rockford Watch Company was in Rockford Illinois from 1873 to 1915. This movement would have been made near the end of the company's life as our database says it was made in 1915. The company only made about 1 million pocket watches during that time, which is tiny as compared to the nearly 55 million of Elgin or 40 million of Waltham. Rockford specialized in high end, highly decorated, beautiful movements and stunning, elegant dials of which this is an excellent example. We featured it inside a clean titanium case but give it a fun accent with the gold crown!
